The Luzzatto Law Firm traces its origins back to Milan, Italy when, in 1869, Riccardo Luzzatto, opened a law office specializing in intellectual property. In time, Riccardo’s original office grew into Luzzatto and Luzzatto Patent Attorneys, and later on, after moving the firm’s activity to Israel in the 1970s, The Luzzatto Group was founded. Under the Group’s umbrella, alongside Luzzatto and Luzzatto Patent Attorneys, the law firm developed other fields of legal practice, still maintaining its IP expertise as well as focusing on commercial aspects. Today, The Luzzatto Law Firm is run by Adv. Michal Luzzatto, the fifth generation of the Luzzatto family to continue Riccardo’s professional tradition. Adv. Tamar Luzzatto, a partner at the Luzzatto Law Firm, manages the business development and marketing of the firm and the group.
The Luzzatto Law firm also works in close co-operation with the Luzzatto law firm in Milan, a parallel expansion of the original firm, which also continues the family tradition.
